2. Service Description

Pazarus is a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platform that allows e-commerce sellers to manage products, stock, prices, and orders across Turkish marketplaces (Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11, Amazon, Pazarama, and others) from a single dashboard. The platform also offers official integration plugins for WooCommerce, Shopify, Ikas, and OpenCart.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to register
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Account security is your responsibility (do not share your password)
• One account per user/company; multiple-account abuse may result in suspension

4. Subscription Plans

• Free plan: Lifetime free, with feature limitations
• Paid plans: Monthly or yearly billing via iyzico
• Plan changes take effect at the next billing period
• Refund: Pro-rated refund possible within 14 days for the first paid subscription

5. WooCommerce Plugin Use

Our WooCommerce plugin (Pazarus Pazaryeri Entegrasyonu for WooCommerce) is distributed under GPLv2 or later. It connects your WordPress store to your Pazarus account. By using the plugin, you agree to:

• Authorize Pazarus to receive product, stock, and price data triggered by your actions
• Use the plugin only with sites and stores you own or are authorized to manage
• Not modify the plugin to bypass Pazarus.io connectivity

6. User Obligations

• Do not use the service for illegal purposes
• Comply with marketplace policies for products you list
• Do not attempt to exceed system capacity (DDoS, scraping, etc.)
• Do not attempt to access other users' data

7. Service Availability

We target 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows are announced in advance when possible. Marketplace API failures (Trendyol, Hepsiburada, etc.) are outside our control.

8. Intellectual Property

The Pazarus platform code (Laravel/Filament backend), brand, logo, and design are property of WEBARIS INT TEK VE BLS LTD ŞTİ. The open-source plugins we distribute (WooCommerce, OpenCart) are licensed under GPLv2 or later. Marketplace trademarks (Trendyol®, Hepsiburada®, etc.) belong to their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales, missed orders, or marketplace penalties resulting from the use of the service. Maximum liability is limited to the subscription fee paid in the last 12 months.

10. Termination

• You can cancel your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• After cancellation, data is retained for 90 days then permanently deleted

11. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul Courts have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes.
